The creators admit that this is not the first time that a preliminary window for the release of a System Shock remake has been announced. At the same time, they explain that the scope and scope of the project changed dramatically during development.

The arrival of Prime Matter (the publishing division of Koch Media) as a publisher has allowed further refinement and enhancements to other game content, including bug fixes and improvements to various areas of concern.

Namely, it is about new enemy options at later levels, a “slightly” improved Citadel, new type of enemya complete cantonment system or updated weapon effects.

System Shock Remake is basically done. So hopefully we’ll see new gameplay footage soon.
