Shortly after the opening ceremony of The Game Awards this year, we received information that has been rumored for quite some time. But now it’s actually officially confirmed: sci-fi roguelite action game Returnal is heading to PC.
The original PS5 exclusive was released in April 2021 to very positive reviews. Shortly thereafter, Sony announced the purchase of the Finnish studio Housemarque, which created the game. Thus, Returnal will be placed next to Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War and other games from Sony, which will also be released on PC in addition to PS. Returnal will also be coming soon with the Tower of Sisyphus expansion and co-op.
Unfortunately, we don’t know the exact date, but the game should release sometime in early 2023, so hopefully we won’t have to wait long.
Returnal will release on PC in early 2023, along with a story campaign, challenging Sisyphus Tower, and online co-op.
