Sony has published a new advertisement for the PlayStation 5, which presents already released and upcoming games for this platform. At the fifteenth second of the video attached below, there’s some pretty unexpected information about the duration of Final Fantasy XVI exclusivity that we didn’t know about before.
Now we know it’s a PlayStation 5 exclusive will last six months. PlayStation time exclusivity is nothing special when it comes to games from Square Enix. For example, Luminous Productions’ highly anticipated Forspoken event, which is also published by Square Enix, has a two-year exclusivity.
However, in the case of Forspoken, this is only a console exclusive, as the game will be released simultaneously on PS5 and PC. Final Fantasy XVI Coming to PlayStation 5 coming out next summer. The authors do not yet talk about possible other platforms.
Some time ago we learned that the end of the main storyline it takes 35 to 40 hours. A full playthrough should take around 70 hours due to various optional activities. The developers have also confirmed that PS5 players will receive a demo before the game’s release.
