The universe of The Lord of the Rings is a universe where there is no shortage of games at the moment. However, in the long run, this world has not seen too many games. Sure, he had strong projects, but he definitely deserved more. Things have improved rapidly in recent years, but some fans are craving the return of some of the old stuff, so they’re working on a title called Conquest: Reimagined, which is supposed to be a remake of the rather popular Lord of the Rings title. : Conquest. The latter was a play focused primarily on the clash of two opposing sides, where the player could choose whether to play for good or, conversely, take up a dagger and enter the service of darkness.
Although, like Lego Fallout, this is a community creation, it looks really solid. In the presented footage, we see how Rohan prepares for the iconic battle for this series in Helm’s Hollow. It went down in history primarily as a clash between an impressive army of ten thousand and a handful of defenders. The whole thing runs on Unreal Engine 5. The creators are working on it completely free of charge, so, according to them, there should be no copyright problems. Development itself is in its infancy right now, but in the future we’ll probably only see Conquest: Reimagined on PC, where the Lord of the Rings fan community is anything but small.
