Roller coaster tycoon is one of the most famous building brands, for sure anyone has spent a huge amount of time in the games of this series. The baby brought to us by Chris Sawyer just won our hearts with his fun and the opportunity to create his own dream park. And the fact that the last main game in the series called RollerCoaster Tycoon World wasn’t of great quality and since then we’ve had to settle for mostly smaller spin-offs or mobile cases doesn’t change much.
However, the brand is still strong enough to Atari has decided to renew its license for another ten years.
Under the new agreement, Atari then “will seek to develop new titles, expand digital and physical distribution, and explore collaborations with brands and merchandise.“when all of this becomes part of a long-term plan for…”how to take your brand to the next level“.
Well, let’s see what the future holds for us.
But remember that the first RollerCoaster Tycoon was released on PC back in 1999.
