Blizzard developers were forced temporarily remove Bastion and Thorbjorn from Overwatch 2. The heroes have annoying bugs that need to be fixed. The former has been temporarily removed from matches in all modes, while the latter has been removed from Quick Battles only.
The biggest problem is with Bastion, who due to a mistake he was able to fire a disproportionate amount of heavy artillery shells and destroy the enemy team (the error is shown in the video below). Torbjorn, on the other hand, was suffering from a bug that could double the duration of his armor.
It is currently unclear when the characters will be patched. At the same time, the company confirmed third DDoS attack attempting to overload servers, causing lag, disconnecting players from the game, and long connection waits.
We remind you that in today’s brief we informed you about the upcoming Halloween event.

🚨 FAST DOG 🚨
Bastion and Torbjorn will be heading to the workshop while we fix a few bugs in their ability sets!
🛠️ During this time, Bastion will be unavailable in all modes, and Torbjorn will still be playable in quick play mode. pic.twitter.com/ghjLL5KV7b

[#BNet] We are currently seeing a DDoS attack that could result in a lot of delay and disconnection for some players. We are actively working on a fix for this issue.
