It looks like remake of the iconic System Shock finally approaching its release. On Steam, it appeared in a column dedicated to that particular date. March next year. It replaced the still-keeping date of December 31, 2022 on other platforms, which is an obvious placeholder.

That the game will indeed arrive in March seems likely also due to an insider tweet. Vario64pointing out the date change, Nighdive Studios CEO shared Stephen Kick (Spotted by Vortex). On the other hand, the studio itself has not commented on anything, so nothing is 100% known.

They are working on the game. Night Dive Studios since 2016 at the latest the game has been published by Plaion under the label Prima Matter. You can download the demo on Steam or pre-order the game for €40. It should also be released on both generations of consoles. In addition to the remake, a full-fledged third part is also being created, the development of which takes even longer. At present, it should be dedicated to some Chinese Tencent research.
