The famous streamer Ninja had no luck playing last week, and during one of his Fortnite matches, he simply turned off the game in anger. He followed tweet, in which he stated that he needed a break, after which he deleted his profile photos and renamed his accounts on all social platforms. Quite a drastic step, which many followers considered evidence of emotional burnout and poor mental health of the famous streamer. As you can see from the attached video, things didn’t quite go the way they should have.

However, now it looks like the ninja is back. Yes, a week later he has already recovered and wants to target all streaming platforms, which the current Twitch rules allow him to do. His quick return came as a big surprise to the community. Few people can recover from burnout or similar problems within a few days. Although the fans are enthusiastic, there are also those who do not like early recovery and consider it part of the marketing campaign. Long-time eSports journalist Jacob Wolf issued a rather scathing statement on his blog accusing Ninja of using mental health symptoms and burnout symptoms as a marketing stunt in a blatant and disgusting way.
And what do you think? Was it a marketing ploy, or did the famous streamer really run out of steam?
