After the seventh part of the Czech adventure game Polda, Zima software had an idea to remake the already legendary computer game. Cop 2 into a new graphic jacket that will live up to today’s standards.

“Based on the feedback on the Poldo 7 remaster demo, we decided to try to remaster the entire game, we simply do not have enough funds and we are asking for your help in this regard. We have prepared many beautiful rewards for you. We will be glad if you support us” the studio says.
Cuba Mares showed in a video next to producer and programmer Petr Svoboda that the whole game will be redrawn in high resolution in widescreen formatbut it won’t look the same as the original Polda 2.
“My intent is a typical graphic, defined over twenty years ago by Dan Falta, move creatively. Give it more detail, but treat it with respect for the source material. I would like our remaster to behave in the eyes of the eyewitness as he remembers the original game, and not as the game actually looks from today’s point of view. find out in the video.
Of course, the animation will also be improved. We see them in the video, where we can also see the differences in the mentioned graphic details.
“Here at least 50 screens, which needs to be redrawn, plus a bunch of animations. Each of these animations has to be redone separately.” Petr Svoboda explains why they need money from the fans. What follows is gameplay footage directly from the Polda 2 remaster.
The developers also report that the Mac version of Poldy 7 is almost ready and will be available very soon.
FOR MORE MONEY EPILOGUE ABOUT PANCRATION
If selected 750 thousandthe authors want to create another short adventure about as it was with Pankratz between the second and third parts of Polda. This will be an epilogue that will tell how the main character became a private detective.
The epilogue can be completed on your own, you don’t have to go through the second part, but it will follow the end of the game.
