According to Jez Corden, who is known to know the facts inside Microsoft and Xbox Game Studios very well, Perfect Darkness approaching really good. At least, that’s what one of his widely considered reliable sources told him, as stated in the last episode of the Xbox Two podcast.
Cord: “It’s funny when someone contacted me when I was compiling this list and said that Perfect Dark looks really good.“
There has been talk of development issues for Perfect Dark in the past months, with key pieces of The Initiative team being lost and Crystal Dynamics involved in the development process to get the project back on track.
It looks like Microsoft’s big maneuvers are paying off. At least that’s what Corden’s statement suggests, which is often not casually worded and never ceases to report negative rumors about the development of XGS games.
For the rest, there is no other information about Perfect Dark, which will not be released anytime soon. Announced with a promotional trailer at The Game Awards 2020, we think the game has at least two years of development ahead of it, if not more, given the recent turns. The important thing is that it turns out well.
