Whether you prefer spending time with King Aelfred of Wessex or delving into the frantic dreams of Asgard Lord Havi, we think there’s one thing all Assassin’s Creed Valhalla players can agree on: some of the Helix Store DLCs are ridiculous. If you really want to splash the cash on weapons and armor in Ubisoft’s tempered action-RPG, you’ll find a healthy mix of somewhat realistic and story-inspired armor sets and wild and wild outfits here. wacky. But if you thought the Knight ISU armor set was wild, wait until you see it… Assassin’s Creed Iron Man armor is coming to Valhalla.
Now we know what you’re thinking… Why did Ubisoft decide to use Iron Man inspired armor in an Assassin’s Creed game set in 9th century England? Well, who’s really going to say? But trying to capitalize on the popularity of Marvel Comics characters and the continued success of Disney’s Marvel Cinematic Universe makes a lot of sense. That’s no surprise when you consider all the weird and wonderful ISU-related weapons and armor that can be purchased both in-game and in the Helix Store.
But what this Iron Man armor does in-game is almost insane, according to Assassin’s Creed Valhalla leaks that recently surfaced online. Why? Why? Players can fire a laser beam from their chest, just like Iron Man’s iconic Uni-Beam.
If you want to experience this leaked Iron Man armor for yourself – as well as some Thanos-inspired items – you’ve come to the right place. Famed Assassin’s Creed content creator “Assassin JorRaptor” has uploaded gameplay footage showing the armor and its unique abilities in action, courtesy of both “GamerLilGames” and “Vijeesh Gaming.”
It’s important to note that this armor set would have been removed from the PC version of the game – so take what you see with a grain of salt. It may sound crazy, it sounds legit, but that doesn’t mean it is. You can see for yourself below:

As you can see in the video above, one of the bonuses this armor provides to players who fully utilize it is explained as follows: “When using the Battle Cry ability, which deals area damage, a Energy beam discharges from armor.”
If you watch enough footage, you’ll see this Battle Cry turned into action. We’ve seen things like this before in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla in the form of fire blasts and ice chunks, but never anything energy-based. That doesn’t mean we won’t be adding this to the game, just surprising to see Ubisoft launching a seemingly new elemental attack so late in the game.
However, the Forgotten Saga DLC has just been released and includes quite a few new mechanics – so it’s clear that Ubisoft isn’t quite done when it comes to adding to the impressive range of content available in the game. We know that England is more accurate than you think in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, but maybe we shouldn’t be so critical of this game anymore. A fun Vikingr adventure with weird skills and weapons and wonderful – and easily one of the best PS5 games and the best Xbox games. So it’s not worth figuring out how and why Ubisoft included the Iron Man armor.
