It’s been over a month since we finally got the full details of the highly anticipated DLC for Resident Evil Village. There are three parts to this, and today Capcom released a new trailer that focuses on what’s new in the Mercenaries mode.
It will add several levels and three new characters. The first is one of the main icons of the entire series – Chris Redfield. An experienced bioterrorism fighter fills up his bar by killing enemies. Once at maximum, he can activate a special “Onslaught” mode, in which his damage, movement speed and cooldown are significantly increased. He can also use crosshairs to unleash devastating fire on enemies.
The second character is Karl Heisenberg, one of the main villains of the main game. His main weapon is a huge hammer, but at the same time he controls magnetic forces, with the help of which, for example, he can attract an enemy to himself. In addition, he can send his creation of Soldat Jet to the monsters, but it will break if it hits the wall.
The last new character is Alsina Dimitrescu. Due to her height, she has a great advantage in combat, and she mainly mows down enemies with her metal claws. The more she attacks, the more her movement speed and damage increase. As a special ability, he can call one of his daughters into battle.
Let me remind you that, in addition to new items for Mercenaries, the DLC also includes a 3rd person mode for the main game and the Shadows of Rose story expansion.
