PlayStation ends customer support on Twitter

As of August 1 this year, Sony is canceling direct twitter customer support in the @AskPlayStation account. Instead of a social network, it is recommended to contact support through the official PlayStation website.

The site (in Czech) encourages users to look for their problem and find a solution. For example, password recovery and refunds are mostly automated processes, so it is not necessary to contact support directly.
