Ukrainian studio Frogwares in Kyiv and with offices in Dublin, Ireland, announces a new game. Creators of detective events Sherlock Holmes Chapter One and sinking city I’m cooking Palyanitsa project. This is a code designation and expression of the Russian opposition. Palyanitsa is a kind of Ukrainian bread and at the same time a word with which Russians have big problems.
Introducing Palyanitsa for the project combination of horror and mystery of the Victorian era. But the developers do not want to forget about their previous fans. That is why the new game should appeal to those who liked the series “Sinking City” and “Sherlock Holmes”.
A full opening is scheduled for this summer. Perhaps we will learn about target platforms as well. Personally, I’m looking forward to PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. So far, at least, the first concepts.
“Honestly, Polyanitsa is not the project that we originally planned for next, but given the ongoing war, we had to rethink everything. It’s a bit more rational than our latest open world games, but we’re confident we can make this game under these extreme circumstances.” explains the Ukrainian atelier.
“We are revealing the game now to reassure people that we are moving forward and also to show the middleman to those who think they can invade our country in the hope that it will ruin and ruin our lives.” added Sergey Organesyan from Frogwares.

We recently learned that Frogwares received a grant from Epic Games. An undisclosed amount of money will be used to help employees relocate to safer areas in Ukraine or elsewhere in Europe and maintain their financial stability in the future. The so-called Epic MegaGrant will also allow you to purchase specialized hardware.
