The developers seem to have already gathered when they were busy with first-person events. Avatar: Pandora’s Limitsbut just the opposite is true. Ubisoft announced that two days later (May 12) Division 2 the ninth season is coming, called “The Hidden Alliance”. He will bring a new regime and other news. The Hidden Alliance adds a new enemy target, Captain Lewis., a former division commander who broke his oath and became a traitor. Before players can confront Lewis, they must first defeat his four True Son subordinates.
It also includes the previously mentioned Countdown mode, focuses on the fight for nuclear power plants. The new map is designed for eight players who complete tasks together and gain control over the equipment occupied by the enemy. Ubisoft claims it’s an intense co-op mode and eight players will have 15 minutes to stabilize the power plant.
“The agents, deployed in two teams of four, will start at different locations on the map and must work together to overcome the challenge. They will have to face some known enemies and they will have to repel them to secure the power plant and then evacuate before the time runs out.” represents Ubisoft.
The new feature will also be coming in the Season 9 update. Expertise will allow players to upgrade their gear by increasing the base cost of each piece for items such as damage, armor, and skill stats.
“Players can increase their skill level with any item in the game. Using more varied items means increasing their level. Expertise also allows players to increase the base stats of each individual item and reach a new performance cap.” Ubisoft explained.
As usual they are part of new weapons and equipment. If you don’t already have The Division 2, you can. play free on Xbox and PlayStation consoles, as well as on PC through the Epic Games Store and Ubisoft Connect. The game will be free from 13 to 15 May.
Ubisoft is also planning a free spin-off of The Division called Heartland this year.
