The official release note for patch 1.61 states that the bug is no longer present: “Fixed an issue that caused V’s breasts to appear under his clothes after resizing as a Ripperdoc.”

The story of Cyberpunk 2077 is full of embarrassing mistakes. In short, the release of patch 1.61 removed another of the issues that contributed to the CD Projekt Red game’s negative reputation, in hopes that something like this would never happen again.
