Transient Dreams is a Raiden Shogun mission at the top of Imperatrix Story. You need a story key to access this story quest. According to Game8, here’s how to complete the Transient Dreams portion of Story Quest:
• The first is part of the purifying light. To get started, go to the Inazuma Adventurer’s Guild and talk to Katherine.
• Go northeast of the Grand Narukami Shrine.
• Fight with Rifthounds.
• Then take the purple paths.
Defeat the Rifthounds again, this time using Ei.
• Go to Kamisato Mansion to buy a tea set.
• Find Furuyama to continue the second episode titled Farewell to the Past.
• In addition to the Cuban puzzle, there are more purple characters. Walk with them until you reach the cave.
• Defeat Riftunds again with the help of Ace.
• Then go to the cave under the Narukami Shrine. It is recommended to collect food and have the NRE with you.
• Fight and defeat the Raiden Shogun doll by reusing Ei. Once done, you will enter the final chapter: Radiant Sakura.
• Return to the Great Narukami Shrine and talk to Ia Miko.
• Then go to the cave under the Narukam shrine where you were before.
• Finally, defeat the Rydon Shogun doll again with Ace.
