Dune: Spice Wars has been on Steam’s wishlist ever since it was announced. Now, it has been revealed that the game will enter early access on April 26.
Publishers Funcom and developers Shiro Games lead Dune: Spice Wars, the new RTS game set in the cult sci-fi world. Based on Frank Herbert’s novel, Dune: Spice Wars sees four factions battling for control of spices, the most valuable source of peanuts.
Players can choose between House Atreides, House Harkonnen, Smugglers or Fremen. Each faction has its own unique strengths and weaknesses that players must use to control the flow of spices.
Gamers who want to dive into the world of Dune were very excited for Dune: Spice Wars, which was announced at The Game Awards 2021. Today, however, Funcom and Shiro Games announced that the game will be available for Early Access from of April 26.
As per the game’s early access announcement, it was revealed that Fremen will also be featured as an in-game faction. are less affected by the environment than other groups. Using Sandworms to their advantage and with a few deadly stinging attacks, the monsters are a force to be reckoned with when battling for spice.
Although the Freemans are not as rigid as other military groups, they can maintain their resistance against powerful forces. Freemans will have at its disposal the following divisions:
