As part of the WoW Dragonflight 1.0.7 update, both human and orc players will be able to complete legacy quests, which in turn will give them the ability to claim new race-specific armor.
The humans will be dressed in Alliance-inspired clothing, with silver armor and blue feathered helmets. His left shoulder pad is sculpted in the shape of a griffin and an iconic lion forms the centerpiece of his belt. All things considered, if you’re a dedicated Alliance player, this is perfect for you.
By contrast, orcish armor is made from the weathered skulls of ancient animals, black metal, and spikes. Strapped with rough leather straps, it’s very different from human armor and I’d be lying if I said I didn’t like its “rough and ready” look.
As for the main races in the game, that leaves the Forsaken and Trolls without traditional armor (although Zandalari trolls have traditional armor) on the Horde side, and the poor night elves on the Alliance side ( not counting the Pandaren and Draktyrs who both ride). .
Since Blizzard seems to be working on base races, I hope the night elf armor will drop next time, but for now I’ll have to wait to equip my Alliance character.
