Several new Diablo 2 Resurrected rune words have been revealed for one of the most beloved classic RPGs on PC. Patch 2.6 for Diablo 2 Resurrected will introduce several new runewords, and the functionality will be tested on the PTR this week. Blizzard has shown off a few of them so far with the help of numerous streamers and content creators on YouTube and Twitch, and we’ve taken a look at the reveals so far to see how they stack up.
First to reveal his rune words is MaxRoll’s “MacroBioBoi”, which features five different rune words: Land, House, character, BastionY Heal. These are the protection options that MacroBioBoi describes as “the perfect hardhat for everything you and your mercenary might need to travel in Sanctuary.” Each one focuses on a different type of defense, specializing in lightning, cold, fire, physical, and poison resistance, respectively.
Then comes Dbrunski125 who demonstrates Metamorphosis runic word. This is a melee-oriented runeword for male druids, worn on helmets and providing two unique benefits. Werewolf Hits grant the Mark of the Wolf for 3 minutes, adding a bonus to Attack Power and Max Health, while Werewolf Hits grant the Mark of the Bear for 3 minutes, granting a bonus to attack speed and crushing blow. luck, as well as reduced physical damage taken.
Dbrunski125 notes that the benefits are cumulative as the developers want to encourage players to shapeshift between different forms. note that You will not be able to compose these runic words until the beginning of Diablo 2 Resurrected Ladder Season 3.so stay away from them for now. However, they will be included in the PTR tests if you want to see them in action first.
