Do you want to know more about Genshin Impact Service calendar? Before every major update, Genshin Impact Hoyoverse releases the popular anime game for maintenance, which usually lasts several hours while the team applies all the new content.
These major updates could bring everything from new Genshin Impact banners, Genshin Impact events, and even entirely new regions like Inazuma or Sumeru. While everything is going according to plan, Genshin Impact’s maintenance period happens at the same time for everyone in the world. We will update this guide with the latest information on any scheduled maintenance, as well as the planned reopening of the game servers.
Genshin Impact Service Time
Genshin Impact 3.4 maintenance will be on January 17, 2023. If this follows the above updates, the servers will likely go down at 6:00am server time (UTC+8) for about five hours. This means 3:00 pm PT, 6:00 pm EST, 11:00 pm BST on January 16, and 12:00 pm CET, 8:00 am EST on January 17.
It is always possible that at other times the game may need to be shut down for emergency maintenance. If that happens, we will update this guide with official information from Hoyoverse.
Genshin Impact Service Rewards
Hoyoverse grants rewards whenever a long maintenance period occurs, as well as for any notable bugs found. For previous maintenance, players typically received 300 Primogems, 60 for every hour the servers were expected to be down.
Players continue to receive this amount regardless of whether maintenance ends early or not, and more Primogems were delivered when the repair process took longer than expected. There were an additional 300 Primogems for legacy issues from patch 2.8.
