Led by the flagship Intel Core i9-13950HX processor, the fastest mobile processor available on the market. and the first with 24 cores for laptops, the new processor family offers:

  • Turbo frequency up to 5.6 GHz – the highest clock speed available in the notebook market – with single-threaded performancetwo up to 11% faster and 49% faster multitasking performance than the previous generation.3
    • Combined with unique features including support for DDR4 and DDR5 memory, best-in-class connectivity, and 13th Gen HX PCIe Gen 5 processors, you have the world’s best mobile gaming platform.4
  • Up to 24 cores (8 performance cores, 16 efficient cores), 32 threads and an enhanced Intel® thread director.
  • In total, up to 128 GB of DDR5 memory (up to 5600 MHz) and DDR4 memory (up to 3200 MHz) are supported.
  • Intel® Killer™ Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) for up to 6x faster Internet speeds without legacy Wi-Fi interference.five
  • Latest Bluetooth connectivity with Intel® Bluetooth LE Audio and Bluetooth 5.2 for up to 2x faster speeds and lower power consumption when connected to multiple devices.
  • Thunderbolt 4 compatible for data transfer rates up to 40Gbps and the ability to connect your PC to multiple 4K displays and accessories.
  • Improved interoperability with integrated graphics through an improved driver stack and key takeaways from Intel’s work with discrete graphics systems.
  • Overclocking features on all HX and HK models.

With five times more HX designs for laptops with 13th Gen Intel Core mobile processors than 12th Gen, you can choose from 60 models for streaming, content creation and gaming at a much higher level.

13th Gen Intel Core P and U-series processors deliver incredible performance for thin and light laptops

Intel also introduced the 13th Gen Intel Core P-series and U-series mobile processors, ideal for those who want high performance in thin and sleek systems. They offer:

  • Up to 14 cores (6 performance cores, 8 efficient cores) and enhanced Intel thread director.
  • New Intel® Iris® Xand Graphics including Endurance Games, XeSS Super Sampling and Intel® Arc™ Control.
  • Wide compatibility with DDR5 and DDR4 memory and LP options.
  • Integrated Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and new wireless features such as Intel® Connectivity Performance Suite, Intel® Wi-Fi Proximity Sensing, and Intel® Bluetooth LE Audio.6
  • Up to four Thunderbolt™ 4 ports provide the fastest, easiest and most reliable cable solution for any dock, monitor or accessory.7

For the first time, select designs using 13th Gen Intel Core processors will feature the Intel® Movidius Visual Processing Unit (VPU). As a result of deep collaboration with Microsoft on new Windows Studio effects, the heavy artificial intelligence (AI) tasks required for professional-grade collaboration and streaming can be moved to the VPU, freeing up the CPU and GPU for other workloads. or multitasking.

In the H, P, and U series, new mobile processors will raise the performance bar for a new generation of enthusiast devices, thin and light laptops, foldables, 2-in-1s, and other form factors. More than 300 unique designs are expected this year from Acer, Asus, Dell, HP, Lenovo, MSI, Razer, Republic of Gamers, Samsung and more.

For IoT Edge, 13th Gen Intel Core processors offer new industrial features, extended thermals, and high-performance processors with more graphics and better AI performance. Ideal for retail, education, healthcare, aerospace, industrial, and smart cities, the new processors offer better workload consolidation with more cores and threads to run applications on a single device.

New Intel Evo design with extended battery life and related features

Intel continues to raise the bar for laptops and other mobile form factors with its Intel® Evo™ specification. Intel Evo designs with 13th Gen Intel Core processors provide three key benefits:

  • Uncompromising mobile performance: Proven to deliver consistent unplugged responsiveness, longer real-time battery life, instant wakeup and fast charging.
  • Smart Collaboration: Exceptional video conferencing with technologies such as the Intel Connectivity Performance Suite and Intel Bluetooth LE Audio. eight
  • Intel Unison in Qualified Designs: Easily interact with multiple devices with text messages, phone calls, phone notifications, and file transfer between PC and Android or iOS phone.nine

The exceptional capabilities of Intel Evo notebooks are not limited to PCs. The Engineered for Intel Evo program extends high standards of validation and collaborative development to accessory partners. In addition to Thunderbolt 4 wireless stations, displays, storage devices and headsets, new accessories such as mice, keyboards and hotspot models from leading partners are joining the program today.

13th Gen Intel Core Desktop Processor Leads With New Family Members

Intel is expanding the capabilities of the world’s best desktop processors with the launch of new 13th generation processors today.10. Rounding out the group first announced in September with enthusiast-focused K-Series SKUs, the new 35W and 65W SKUs provide regular PC users with more options in terms of power efficiency as well as incredible performance for gaming, content creation and productivity. They have the following characteristics:

  • Up to 5.6GHz, 24 cores/32 threads. With the introduction of efficient cores in the most popular Intel Core i5 processors and L2 cache, performance is increased by 11% in single-threaded and 34% in multi-threaded operations compared to processors without 12th generation processors. K Intel Core processors. eleven These cross-generational benefits ensure that the new 35W and 65W non-K 13th Gen Intel Core processors deliver better gaming and content creation performance for casual PC users.
  • Full backward and forward compatibility with 600 and 700 series motherboards, as well as compatibility with DDR5 and DDR4 memory.
  • Improved energy efficiency with Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology and improved power scaling delivering higher performance per watt (PPW) than ever before.

Launch of the Intel N-series processor for entry-level computing

Announcing that the Intel Pentium and Intel Celeron brands are coming to an end, Intel today introduced the new Intel processor and Intel Core i3 in a family of N-series products designed specifically for education, entry-level computing, and native IoT applications. They have the following characteristics:

  • New efficient cores (microarchitecture codenamed Gracemont) based on the Intel 7 process technology.
  • Up to 28% improvement in application performance and 64% improvement in graphics performance with an Intel processor compared to the previous generation. 12
  • For the first time, the new Intel Core i3 N-series processor delivers up to 42% more application performance and 56% more graphics performance than an Intel processor.13
  • Up to 10 hours of HD video playback on a single charge.fourteen
  • New AV1 decoding, high resolution display engine and improved compatibility with IPU and MIPI cameras.
  • Enhanced connectivity with ultra-fast Intel Wi-Fi 6E (Gig+) and Bluetooth 5.2.
  • More memory options (LPDDR5, DDR5/DDR4) and storage options (UFS/SSD/eMMC).

These processors are aimed at educational and consumer segments that are looking for lower prices based on the value they provide, but still want high quality performance and experience in areas such as video collaboration and productivity. More than 50 projects from Acer, Dell, HP, Lenovo and Asus are expected in 2023 as Intel continues to lead the way in partnering with the ecosystem for ChromeOS and Windows.

For native IoT edge applications, Intel Atom® x7000E series processors, Intel N series processors, and Intel Core i3 N series processors provide deep learning, graphics and media processing powered by our more energy efficient processors.
