SteamDB compiled ranking of the most profitable games on Steam, about last week. In the first place we find once again Steam Deckfollowed by pre-orders for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Persona 5 Royal.
Below is the full Steam Top 10. 17 – 23 October weekwhat we remember is organized by revenue, not units sold.
- Steam Deck
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- Persona 5 Royal
- Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2
- RimWorld – Biotechnology
- Football Manager 2023
- Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection
- Gotham Knights
- Red Dead Redemption 2
- Gotham Knights
Aside from Steam Deck’s undisputed dominance, it’s been at the top of the weekly charts for several months now, with some notable changes to the top from last week’s Steam top 10. For example, while FIFA 23 was in the second place, now it is not even in the top ten. Instead, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 (both the second and fourth, by the way), Persona 5 Royal closes the podium in third position. This is why Atlus JRPG is a huge success, especially considering we’re talking about a niche genre and the game is included in the Game Pass catalog for PC.
Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection ranks seventh. This isn’t the best record a Sony PlayStation game has ever recorded when released on Steam, but it’s also true that we’re perhaps talking about a number of remastered titles, many of which have already played on PS4 or PS5. Gotham Knights ranks eighth and tenth: the results were better at the time, but the problems revealed in the reviews and high system requirements seem to have negatively affected sales.
