L’Australian ClassificationAustralia’s video game and movie classification body added to its database Hogwarts Legacyrevealing that he will have some kind of online interaction and in-game purchases.
Unfortunately, the Australian ratings board page doesn’t go into detail and limits itself to cataloging the Hogwarts Legacy with tags “supernatural themes”, “violence”, “online interaction” and “in-game purchases”.
On this last point, the game’s official FAQ comes to our aid, where we learn that in-game purchases will be linked to: “Dark Arts Pack”instead of microtransactions.

R: “Players who own the Standard Edition of Hogwarts Legacy can purchase the Dark Arts Pack in-game, which is otherwise only available with the Deluxe Edition. There are no other items to purchase in the game.” reads the FAQ.
We don’t know what Hogwarts Legacy’s online interactions will be, given that it will be an experience as confirmed by the developers (and official FAQ). fully single player and “no online or collaborative mode”.
Presumably the reference of the Australian establishment is of interest to some. social function Not yet announced or Warner Bros. to get some bonuses. The ability to connect to the game with your Games account.
Also at Hogwarts Legacy, Australia “M” ratingin this case it means not “mature” but rather “moderate impact”; this is roughly equivalent to our PEGI 16, as it “specifies a game not recommended for children under 15 years old. These products contain violent elements and themes that require adult supervision”.
