A Intel Raptor Lake A 6GHz processor is expected next year, but benchmarks for this chip are already showing up online. The numbers show that the updated 13th generation processor is 47% faster than the Alder Lake Core i9-12900KF and clearly outperforms the unlocked Core i9-13900K.

I observe 9550pro, Intel Raptor Lake The CPU leak provides CPU-Z results for the Core i9-13900KS, the top gaming CPU competitor announced at yesterday’s innovation event. Based on general benchmarks, the chip scored 982.5 points in the single-core test and 18453.4 points in the multi-core tests.

The Core i9-13900KS is 4% faster than the unlocked Core i9-13900K, with the latter scoring 945.3 for a single core in previous tests. It also beats the chip’s 16,877.1 multi-core stats, which run 9% faster (according to Videocardz).

Of course, there’s a much bigger gap between Intel’s unreleased Raptor Lake SKU and Intel’s top-of-the-line Alder Lake. The Core i9-12900KF scores 825 and 11,322 in CPU-Z, meaning the newcomer can outperform the current flagship by 19% and 47%, respectively.

It’s worth noting that the leak doesn’t include details about the gaming PC’s configuration or whether the chip is unlocked. So it’s best to take these early Core i9-13900KS benchmarks with a pinch of salt. However, newcomer Raptor Lake is likely to go up against the Ryzen 7000X3D, so it will have to strike to claim the crown.

Otherwise, Intel will have to rely on 14th generation processors to keep its place at the top, but there’s a chance Meteor Lake won’t show up until 2024. If the Blue Team’s successor, Raptor Lake, shows up late , could lose ground. to AMD. Zen 4 opponents in the gaming processor space.
