Also known as artificial island, fantastic ride 1.5 is the first major update to Hotta Studio’s global version of the anime game since its release, and it’s a big update. Not only can we expect a new addition to the Fantasy Tower map to explore, but a new Start System feature will also provide a place to rest at the end of the day. Also, Claudia’s next banner marks the worldwide release of the eponymous simulacrum that is sure to shake up her current team.
The mysterious man-made island has been declared an uncharted wonderland by Hotta Studio, but we already have an idea of what to expect from Tower of Fantasy 1.5. Without further ado, here’s everything we know about the update so far.
Tower of Fantasy 1.5 Release Date
Tower of Fantasy 1.5 will be released on September 15, 2022. The Tower of Fantasy 1.5 trailer offers a glimpse of what to expect from the latest update.
Fantasia Tower Banner 1.5 Claudia
So far, only one new sim game has been announced for Tower of Fantasy 1.5. Claudia has been confirmed as the next Tower of Fantasy character to be added to the global free PC roster, and her banner will be released alongside the artificial island update.
Claudia, armed with her deadly sword Guren, is a simulacrum DPS with extremely high mobility. She joins Bai Ling as the second physical resonance simulacrum available in the world version of Tower of Fantasy. If you like action-packed melee combat, we recommend saving the Special Order Coin for Claudia’s banner.
Fantasy Tower Locations 1.5
In terms of new locations, we can expect most of the content featured in Tower of Fantasy 1.5 to take place on the man-made island of the same name. Although the artificial island is already available in the Chinese version of Tower of Fantasy, we cannot guarantee that the global version will be an identical copy. However, we can confirm that Ring Arena, Puddled Lake, and Rusty Iron Camp are available for exploration.
The artificial island is available to Wanderers level 50 and above. After completing the respective missions, you can look forward to flying to distant shores in the Banges Tech plane.
Tower of Fantasy Home System
The foundation is an integral part of the best MMORPGs, so it’s no surprise that Tower of Fantasy 1.5 introduces the ability to design your own home away from home in Aida.
The next building feature is unlocked once certain research progress conditions are met. How extensive the structure customization will be remains to be seen, but the Tower of Fantasy 1.5 trailer includes prosperous packs, intelligent minions, and even pets.
World Boss Fantasy Tower 1.5
With a new location comes a new world boss, and Tower of Fantasy 1.5 introduces an interdimensional icy fire dragon, an epic-sized mechanical amphipteran. It will take more than a few Wanderers to slay this great beast, but the rewards will surely be worth it.
The interdimensional dragon Frostfire is the only official confirmation of a world boss, but eagle-eyed viewers of the Tower of Fantasy 1.5 trailer may also have seen what appears to be a massive bionic frog wreaking havoc on a hyena camp. While it’s unclear if this enemy is a full-fledged world boss, it’s certainly worth keeping an eye out for when exploring the artificial island.
