Two new Sims 4 packs are in the works, bringing cool clothes for modern teens and luxurious furniture for everyone else in the game of life. EA and Maxis announced two new kits, First Fits and Desert Luxe, shortly after the release of the High School Years expansion. Expect First Fits to release on September 1 and Desert Luxe on September 14 for PC and consoles. Maxis didn’t list prices, but it’s safe to assume that the new Sims 4 packs will likely cost the usual $4.99.
First Fits proposes a mix of relaxed dresses and formals for children and adolescents that Maxis describes as parfaits for all occasions, that you prepare for a party between friends or a road trip, or that you simply want to do for your best friend in class. .
Considering some of the fashion atrocities that the High School Expansion fashion system helped bring to the game, the new infusion of mix-and-match clothing options is very welcome, even if it just leads to more clothing-related crime. .
Desert Luxe promises to let you create your own oasis, whether you’re in a barren desert or just want to bring a bit of desert elegance to your ordinary home next door. The kit adds stylish seating options, something akin to a stoneware kitchen and table, in what Maxis described as neutral tones that go with anywhere, and even an outdoor bar and interior curtains for the perfect indoor/outdoor space. .
