The third season of MPL Brasil provides MLBB players with the opportunity to achieve their goals and become esports professionals as the four teams that will compete in the tournament qualified through the qualifiers, which ran from July 21-24. The remaining four participating teams were invited by the championship organization.

Organizations invited to Season 3 of MPL Brasil include:
RRQ Akira: Indonesian team Rex Regum Keon acquired its MLBB team outside of Southeast Asia in February 2022, creating RRQ Akira. They are currently the champions of MPL Brasil and Liga Latam 2022.
Omega eSports: The São Paulo-based team will compete in the second season of the MPL with experienced players including mid laner and M3 member Frost, as well as MLBB veteran Zig. After finishing in third place in their second season, they are looking to improve their numbers and are a team to watch this season.
SOUNDS eSports: Since merging with MooM-Esports in June 2022, SONS has one of the most experienced rosters in MPL Brasil, including Gold Player, Season 1 Champion and M3 Contestant, Upatsi, Jungler Everton “Buzizio”, and MLBB veteran and team. Captain Tsubasa.
