Intel’s entire lineup of Raptor Lake processors appears to have surfaced online well in advance of their release, revealing which chips will be part of the Team Blue 13th Gen Core series of processors. Additionally, this document would contain specification information including clock speeds, number of cores, and more.
These new details about Intel’s Raptor Lake line of processors come from Extreme Player’s bilibili post (via Harukase5719), the screenshot of which contains 14 SKUs, ranging from the flagship Core i9 13900 to the i3 13100. A battle with AMD for the title of best gaming processor.
The Core i9 13900, i7 13700 and i5 13600 will have twice as many E cores compared to their predecessors, while the i5 13500 and i5 13400 will have more than P cores for the first time.
The TDP appears to be unchanged across the range, but interestingly the base clocks are generally lower than 12th gen equivalents, especially at the higher end of the Raptor Lake range.
While these details help us understand what to expect from future Raptor Lake processors, we should treat this information with the same caution (and seasoning) as any other leak or rumor.
Hopefully, we’ll soon find out just how powerful 13th Gen Intel Core processors are, and the chips should be featured at the next Intel Innovation event.
Whether they’ll be good enough to ward off those looking to upgrade their gaming PC from the temptations of the AMD Ryzen 7000 series remains to be seen. Either way, we may be on the cusp of a very exciting time for the processor market.
