A new update has been released announcing further changes. One is to recycle Man of Mettle perks for Ash Williams.

The Mettle of Man is a unique trophy for survivor Ash Williams. The implemented changes were fixed in two main areas. The first change is quite simple. The revamp now correctly uses stamina.
The second change is deeper. According to the Dead by Daylight patch notes:
When you get 2 protection life points, the bonuses are activated. When activated, you will get the Endurance status effect. As long as you have Stamina, your aura will be displayed to the assassin when you are more than 12/14/16 meters away. of the murderer. Mettle of Man will be disabled as soon as stamina is depleted.
Stamina does not protect the player against death from previous deep wounds. Additionally, any visible activity will prematurely disable the stamina state.
