Capcom today released two new trailers revealing some pompous details from Monster Hunter™ Rise: Dawn, long-awaited expansion of the known and known Monster Hunter™: Uprising. The first trailer shows the return of the popular Shagaru Magala, Rajang Furioso and a dangerous variant of the main monster from Rise of the monster hunterDespicable Magmalo.
The exciting trailer also includes footage of the return of fan-favorite monsters, Elder Dragons, subtypes and varieties of monsters revealed (for now) that will join the monsters from Monster Hunter Rise: Dawn, including a glimpse of the return of Volcanic Bazelgeuse in the expansion’s first free update. Finally, the second new trailer details a new set of high rank armor and weapon trees that can be used to help novice hunters pave the way to access exciting new master rank content. Debuting in the West in Monster Hunter™ 4 Ultimate, Shagaru Magala is the adult form of the title’s main monster, Mount Magala. Time has allowed the monster to become even more powerful and ferocious than its young counterpart, with a ruthlessly aggressive nature. Hunters tasked with confronting this monumental threat must be ready for anything or they risk becoming food.

Today’s announcements also included the announcement of the Black Belt S Armor Set and High Rank weapon lines for the Defenders weapon for players looking to accelerate their path to Master Rank. The “Black Belt S” armor set can be obtained by visiting Postman Senri at the start of the game, and it offers enough defensive stats to withstand attacks from even high-ranked monsters.
