Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Trailer Song is Metallica’s version of Wherever I May Roam J Balvin from the album The Metallica Blacklist, released in 2021.
It starts with a very recognizable sitar-like pattern of strings and gongs, but then quickly picks up the groove of a reggaeton track. In the end, they merge into an excellent mix of old school thrash and trap.
