The FIFA 23 career mode trailer went live on August 1 and showcased the game mode’s new features. For those who enjoy rebuilding and managing entire clubs, EA has introduced a new feature, Authentic Managers, in manager career mode.
Instead of creating your own manager for the first time, you can use authentic managers for the biggest teams in the world. Some of the managers playable in career mode were featured in the trailer.

You can also use genuine managers at other clubs, including established clubs; this will give you new insights into manager performance in new locations. If you want to bring Pep Guardiola back to Barcelona or Bayern Munich as a manager, you can do so uniquely in FIFA 23’s Career Mode.
