- Make sure your Twitch account is linked to an active Amazon Prime subscription
- Make sure your FIFA account is linked to your Twitch account
- Request Prime Game Pack 5
It is important that players ensure they have the correct account associated with their Twitch account, otherwise the bundle will not be available in Ultimate Team. If desired, the package will be available in the store under My Packages.
