To build this academy team, ENCE spent weeks analyzing multiple candidates from other amateur or semi-pro teams before selecting their quintet of players who could quickly join the first team.
†We had the privilege of interviewing and testing a number of very talented actors over the course of several weeks. Everyone showed a great team spirit during the selection process.ENCE took notes after presenting the academy quintet.We saw great individual performances, but the most important thing was that all the players showed their desire to be a part of ENCE’s first team. Besides our Finnish players, we also had many international players.†
