Our Warzone LMG tier list for July 2022 is here to help you figure out which weapons are best to use, as the new meta is once again tuned following the launch of Raven Software’s latest balancing update.
Since the first patch of Season 4, Warzone has seen the LMG class generate strong options, and they have been removed as well. So here’s how LMGs stack up in Call of Duty: Warzone Season 4 in July 2022.

Layers
Almost by default after the UGM-8 nerf, the trusty old Sando Bruen Mk9 is currently the best LMG in Warzone. However, compared to current assault rifle options, the Bruen Mk9 should be able to compete, though not necessarily close to the absolute best.
Arrange
At Tier A, there are seven LMGs that are statically comparable to the above, but currently not as versatile. Feel free to try out any of these LMGs to see if you can find a lackluster sleeper.
B-level
These five LMGs remain valid at Tier B, but could use a bit of a buff to entice more players to seriously consider mastering them. Here are the two most popular LMGs in the game, RPD and Bren. Bren saw a slight increase in muzzle velocity, but it still won’t be what it was due to the cows he acquired over the seasons.
layer C
Finally, these Tier C LMGs aren’t close to being in the pack and meta for very long. Since they’re LMGs, they’re probably not worth the personal load reduction, so they almost never see the light of day in most games.
