We will continue to look for ways to support the Ukrainian people. I assure you that the safety of our employees is the top priority of our management. We are doing our best to help the employees and their families directly affected by this tragedy. If you or a colleague need help, don’t hesitate to contact your manager or local HR managers. I would also like to remind you that our staff assistance program is available for those who need psychological support in these difficult times.

I also want to highlight the incredible work of our teams to support the Ukrainian people. The company matches employee donations to 1 of 2 organizations providing ambulance services in this area. Together we have raised over $300,000 for this effort. We plan to add more charities next week and also increase the company matching limit from $1,000 to $10,000.

I would also like to mention the great contribution of our colleagues in Poland, where people are taking their time to help Ukrainian refugees and other people in need. We will continue to work with them to find ways to further contribute to this effort. We stand with the people of Ukraine and provide you with updates on our next steps as this crisis continues to evolve.

I also want to appreciate the incredible work of our teams to support the people of Ukraine. Company employee donations are equal to 2:1 for organizations providing ambulances in the area. Together we raised over $300,000. Next week, we plan to add more charities that can be selected for review, as well as increase the corresponding company limit from $1,000 to $10,000.
