Swiss studio Urban Games presents the first gameplay trailer for the expected simulator Transport Fever 3. The creators want to take the genre one step further, not only in terms of scale, but also in terms of technical processing and player capabilities.
Transport Fever 3 will not be another sequel, but rather a development of the entire series. The authors promise more than 275 types of transportfrom historic locomotives and steamships to modern high-speed trains, trucks and helicopters that appear in the game for the first time. This is the largest fleet in the entire history of the brand.
Players are once again setting out to create transport networks for passenger and cargo transport, this time with new elements that bring greater strategic depth, such as specialized stations, cargo-handling warehouses, or improved road and highway construction options.
According to the developers, it was the technical side of the game has been completely redesigned. New lighting and advanced graphic effects make cities and landscapes look more vibrant than ever before. Each vehicle is expected to have improved motion animations and more realistic sounds, so watching a passing train or moving bus will be a treat for both the eyes and ears.
The game will remain completely open to mods.This means fans will be able to add their own vehicles, maps and upgrades. The trailer also shows the construction of unlockable monuments and landmarks, which will affect the development of cities and create new logistical challenges.
Transport Fever 3 will be released in 2026 and will be released not only on PC, but also on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
