The Czech simulator is waiting for the next expansion of the game map.
The SCS Software studio has definitely been busy with news lately. Yesterday we informed you about the introduction of a new map extension for Euro Truck Simulator 2which will take players to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Today, for a change, we learn about a new expansion for its sister title American Truck Simulator.
Even so, another map addition has been announced that will sold as paid DLC. However, the developers undoubtedly surprised many players, because instead of another state in the USA, in the upcoming expansion they will take us to neighboring Canada.
Truck simulator lovers can look forward to British Columbia studywhich is bordered to the south by the previously added US states of Washington and Montana. In terms of content, the authors also draw on famous cities such as Vancouver and Whistler for their awe-inspiring landscapes. The release date has not yet been announced.
However, previously announced additions Illinois, Louisiana and South Dakota will likely come into play first. Apart from the DLC map, the studio is also working on adding selected cars and ports for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
