After many years, the famous comedy series returns to cinemas. Liam Nison will assume the role of Lieutenant Frank Drebin, Jr. from August 14.
Frank is a policeman who is not worried about the rules. A new investigation begins as a seemingly clear suicide, but it soon turns out that there is something more behind it. The sister of the deceased played by Pamela Anderson is convinced that her brother will never have life. Together with her, Drebin follows in the footsteps of the criminal. They will take him from the streets of the underworld to people who pull the threads in high circles.
Even in such a serious case, Frank does not lose his peculiar style. He arrests, shoots, accuses and pursues a hot dog. This time, humor is just as uncompromising as in the original series, and does not avoid what kind of topic is. The director took care of Akiva Shaffer, known from the legendary television show Saturday Night Live, and the production was taken by Seth McFarlane, which is behind both episodes of the Méďa comedy.
Liam Nysison, who has a reward dedicated to Oscar, a list of Schindler’s drama and a number of militants, easily participates in the comedy. He admitted with a smile that he could either destroy his career or move in a new direction.
