Dying Light: The Beast received a new trailer and approximate release date

During The Game Awards, developers from the Polish studio Techland recalled their future game called Dying Light: Beastwhich was officially revealed at Gamescom in August. The entire project was originally created as an expansion for Dying Light 2.

However, during development it was decided that it would eventually be stand-alone spin-offwhich takes the player to new locations. Check out the new trailer below, which shows main character Kyle Crane in action. The demo also reveals the presence of a range of different weapons and the use of vehicles.

The release of the new preview was also accompanied by the announcement of the tentative release date, which was set for summer 2025. During this period, Dying Light: The Beast will be released on PC, as well as on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
