IN CD Project RED everything is going according to plan. Full development of the expected start has begun in the Polish studio new Witcher trilogy. Game director Sebastian Kalemba boasted about this great news on social media.
The new Witcher has a working title Project Polaris. Kalemba talks about new problems. He believes that with talented and hardworking people on the team, he can create a wonderful experience.
Chief Financial Officer Piotr Nielubowicz was more candid in presenting the latest quarterly results. Full-scale production began a few weeks ago. The game is at the most intensive stage of development.. Already in the summer, 410 of CD Projekt RED’s 639 employees took part in the game.
As we have known for a long time Polaris – the beginning of a new Witcher saga. But this will not be a direct continuation of the previous trilogy. Instead, we can expect a new story in this fascinating world.
Kolemba joined CD Projekt RED in the fall of 2014 as lead animator on The Witcher 3. He held the same position on Cyberpunk 2027 until he was promoted to head of animation for the entire studio. He was subsequently appointed creative director of the new Witcher. and after 15 months head of the development department.
