While gamers are eagerly awaiting the launch of a new console, Nintendo has decided it’s time to announce just about everything except a new device. On Wednesday evening we saw the presentation of the Nintendo Music app, which was immediately released.

As the name suggests, you’ll find music from iconic Nintendo series, be it Mario, The Legend of Zelda or even Animal Crossing, both modern and retro games dating back to the NES era.

You can filter music by series, individual games, and also by characters. There are playlists based on your mood, as well as your own playlists and options such as looping or song expansion.

But beyond that, Nintendo has also taken care of spoilers, so if you haven’t played the game yet, you can set the app to not show you the music from it. Of course, you can stream all the songs online or download them to your device.

The app itself is completely free, but you’ll need a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to listen to it. The basic version is enough, which will cost you about 500 CZK per year. Apart from being able to listen to music, it also gives you access to online games, cloud saves or old games from consoles like NES, SNES and others. The subscription also comes with a 7-day trial.

You can download Nintendo Music from Google Play and App Store.
