Project Ethos creates studio 31st Union. He founded it under 2K Games in February/February 2019. Michael Condreyco-founder of Sledgehammer Games, creators of Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and Call of Duty: WWII. Condrey has experience with Dead Space, and at Sledgehammer Games he wanted to create a third-person Call of Duty with more horror elements. But he didn’t succeed.
