Since the announcement Chernobyl 2: Exclusion Zone A month and a half has already passed. That’s how long we had to wait for the first gameplay preview of this post-apocalyptic RPG different from STALKER 2: The Heart of Chernobyl.
The sequel to Chernobylite sticks to the cornerstone of the sci-fi horror survival shooter atmosphere. In the Polish studio The Farm 51 they want to have getting better and bigger. Be it hordes of terrifying monsters, mysterious anomalies, or an expansion of the combat system with a greater emphasis on melee combat and item crafting.
In the minute-long gameplay trailer, we take a look at the open world of the Chernobyl exclusion zone with famous locations. It will also be interesting to switch the camera, where during stealth sections and combat you will use a third-person view, while exploring the area from your own eyes. Thanks to this, you will have more fun exploring the environment and will know exactly what is happening around you during combat. You will have a varied arsenal of weapons at your disposal, allowing you to take any approach to situations. We will wage war not only against monsters, but also against factions. Negotiations await you.
Chernobylite 2: Exclusion Zone will be released in 2025 on PC and consoles. Most likely on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
