It’s been a year since the release of the space RPG Star field from Bethesda Game Studios, and if you’re still into the game, you’re no doubt looking forward to the first paid story expansion, called Shattered Space. Gamescom attendees this year got a closer look at the upcoming expansion thanks to a closed-door presentation, and now even mere mortals who were sweating it out at home instead of at the German gaming expo have had a chance to see it. The developers at Bethesda Game Studios are mostly using the information we gleaned from Gamescom, but they’ve also added a decent amount of gameplay footage. They offer a relatively A close-up of the hand-crafted planet Varuun’kai, home of the enigmatic House Va’Ruun faction and the capital of Dazra.After a terrifying cosmic threat destroyed most of the city, the planet was on the brink of chaos, and the inhabitants are still looking for their loved ones and trying to get their lives back on track.
