Share Ubisoft they decline in the long run, they decline after release Star Wars Criminals and fell after recent comments from shareholders calling for change. One of its largest investors, the company AJ Investments & Associatesaddressed an open letter to Ubisoft management, in which he offers several options for resolving the situation. He also writes that the company’s shares should be worth around 40-45 euros. The current value is just over 13 euros.

AJ Investments is not the only company to draw attention to the problems. The Slovak hedge fund is calling for the company to be privatized by director Yves Guillemot and his entourage, or for a major strategic investor to be found. The aforementioned shareholders agree.

Another solution, according to the authors of the open letter, could be a change in management. If the current trend cannot be stopped, there is a threat of a fight against the Guillemot family and Tencent. Both “factions” should “hold hostage” and “insult” other shareholders.

Ubisoft has fallen 14% in the last five days, and the company has fallen more than 50% in the last year. The company is not doing well even in the long term. At the same time, the last financial year can be described as relatively successful from a financial point of view.
