At Gamescom, the IGN server conducted an interview with them, during which a lot happened. The developers themselves indicated in it that the Zone they created will be a very harsh place, but you can also encounter miracles, because each night will end with a beautiful sunrise. During the interview, there was also a question about how they want to use the time gained by moving the date.
The creators primarily want to optimize their work and eliminate the errors that the game suffers from. Of course, the question also arose whether the creators believe in the set release date. According to them, they do not expect the game to be postponed. In short, they are confident in the set date. STALKER 2 Heart of Chernobyl will be released on PC and Xbox Series X / S on November 20.
