Arrowhead Game Studios has revealed the biggest update to date for Helldivers 2In addition to the improvements, the co-op shooter for PC and PlayStation 5 will also receive new content.
Update under the heading Escalation of Freedom will be released on August 6th this year and should please existing and new players. The main content is a new difficulty. CR 10: Super Hell Dive. Social media and community manager Katherine Baskin describes it on the PlayStation Blog as the toughest, most unforgiving difficulty level ever played. It’s designed to bring the intensity players seek out on the battlefield. And with greater challenges comes greater rewards, naturally.
The new difficulty level will be supplemented by mission variability. The studio also heard the second loud request of Helldivers 2 O players. diversification new mission objectives and larger enemy bot and insect bases to take care of. These will be heavily fortified bases that will not be easy to conquer. Mutual cooperation will be necessary. However, if you succeed, you will be able to receive a brand new Super Sample in return.
If you don’t want to play on Super Helldive difficulty or want to try out the content before unlocking level 10, most of the new mission objectives and other content will be available on other levels as well.
