For years, there have been rumors that FromSoftware’s award-winning “heart-to-heart” Bloodborne could see a native PlayStation 5 release, a PC port, a remake, or a full-fledged sequel. However, none of this has been officially confirmed by the developer or Sony, which owns the rights to the brand. So fans of the game should continue to pin their hopes primarily on various leaks and hints.
Recently, a player’s discovery of the Old Hunters expansion map in the PlayStation Stars program attracted attention. The existence of an official expansion for Bloodborne is not surprising in itself. But what interested players was that it was on the map. PlayStation 5 listed as platformthe game has not yet received a native version.
Of course, it is possible that we are talking about just an oversightwhich gives players false hope. On the other hand, this is not the first time we have learned about the existence of a game or a port in advance in this way.
